I.Co.P. has 7 Hyster forklifts and 2 truck tractors for roadway transport (complete with a license for roadway transport on behalf of third parties).
LOADING/UNLOADING CARGO
Using its stock of bucket cranes and lifters, I.Co.P. moved approximately 140,000 tons of cargo other than containers on the dock it operates in 2017.
Specifically:
36,000 tons of ferrous nickel;
37,200 tons of aluminium;
15,000 tons of sodium carbonate;
43,000 tons of brucite;
4,700 tons of magnesite

CONTAINER TERMINAL
I.Co.P. has been the terminal operator of the Maersk Company, worldwide leader among container carriers, since 1992.
Traffic has grown steadily since 2016, thanks in part to the fact that I.co.p. was granted the operating license to dock no. 23 of the port of Ancona under art. 18 of Legislative Act 84/94. Equipped with 2 portainers, the dock is also directly connected to the port railway junction for pick-up and delivery. Adjoining dock no. 23, I.co.p. also operates an approximately 1,080 square-metre area that holds a cold terminal able to accommodate the simultaneous hook-up of 60 refrigerator units. I.co.p. also has a fully-equipped machine shop for the repair of containers (including refrigerated units). It has two certified scales found near the loading/unloading docks, including the option of VGM weighing. The company provides assistance with customs inspections, plus a refrigerated transfer service for health inspection at border entry sites.
For moving containers, I.Co.P. has at its disposal:
- 3 reach stackers,
- 6 terminal trailers/tug musters,
- 5 generators able to power the cold storage terminal (in emergency situations).
